List of Original Documents to be Submitted During AP Mega DSC 2025 Certificate Verification

 

Candidates appearing for AP Mega DSC 2025 Certificate Verification must produce their original documents as per the official instructions. Below is the reference list of certificates to be submitted at the time of verification.

✅ AP Mega DSC 2025 Required Original Documents

1. Application Form – Printout of the Online Application of Mega DSC 2025.

2. SSC Certificate – SSC or its equivalent certificate.

3. Intermediate Certificate – Intermediate or its equivalent certificate.

4. Academic Qualification Certificates – Degree and Post-Graduation certificates.

5. Professional Qualification Certificates – D.Ed., Spl.D.Ed., B.Ed., Spl.B.Ed., UGDPED, B.P.Ed., etc.

6. TET/CTET Score Card – Original Marks Memo.

7. Study Certificates – From Class IV to X (Seven Years).

   • In case of private study → Residence Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.

8. Community Certificate – Integrated Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar (for BC/SC/ST reservation candidates).

9. EWS Certificate – Issued by the Tahsildar (for candidates claiming EWS reservation).

10. PH Certificate – Issued by the Referral Hospital (if applicable).

11. RCI Certificate – For Special Education candidates (if applicable).

12. Ex-Servicemen Certificate – Service Certificate issued by Competent Authorities of the Department of Defence, Government of India.

13. Experience Certificate – For candidates applying for the Principal Post.
